Terms, Privacy And Testing Notice

This is a pre-release testing service. It is provided so invited testers can try PayBreakdown and report issues before public launch. This notice is not a substitute for legal advice and should be reviewed before full public release.

Testing Use Only

Access is by invitation code only. You must not share your code publicly. The service may change, break, lose test data, or be withdrawn during testing.

No Financial Advice

PayBreakdown provides estimates and planning tools only. It is not financial, tax, mortgage, legal, employment, payroll, or accounting advice. You should verify important decisions with official sources or a qualified adviser.

Accuracy And Liability

Calculations may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or affected by bugs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayBreakdown is not liable for losses arising from reliance on testing outputs.

Personal Data

We may process your email address, password hash, session data, access-code consent record, saved salary/profile/budget data, IP address, browser details, and error/security logs so the testing service can operate.

Bank Files

Bank file import is experimental. The original file is intended to be read in your browser and not uploaded as a file. Rows you choose to save as bills, spending, or profile data may be stored in your account. Avoid using real third-party data unless you have the right to do so.

Cookies And Storage

Essential cookies and browser storage are used for access control, sessions, security, cookie preferences, and saved planning data. Analytics, advertising, and affiliate tracking should remain off unless separately accepted.

Your Rights

You can ask for access, correction, restriction, deletion, or export of personal data. You can also object where applicable and complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
